• The photographs taken by the photographer(s) of DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM^TM at conventions are considered public event coverage.
   
  
• If a picture of you or your minor child is posted on this web site and you wish that the picture be removed, please contact me and I will be more than happy to remove the picture.
   
  
• Unless the photographer has received a model release from the person(s) pictured, pictures taken at conventions will not be sold, licensed, or assigned to anyone other than the person(s) pictured. The photographer reserves the right to require whatever forms of identification he deems necessary to satisfy him that this policy is being upheld.

• If you are pictured in a photograph on this site, you may use up to five (5) photographs provided that ALL the following conditions are met:
   
  
  • You are pictured in each of the up to five (5) photographs.
     
    
  • You display the copyright notice:

    directly below each photograph or grouping of photographs bearing the DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM^TM watermark.
     
    
  • The photograph(s) are used in a non-commercial manner.
     
    
  • With the exception of resizing, the photograph(s) are not altered or cropped in any way.
     
    
  • The DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM watermark (including photographer´s name and copyright notice) may not be removed, altered, masked, blurred, obscurred, or otherwise made illegible.
     
    
  • The photograph(s) is/are not combined, merged, layered, or included in a collage.
     
    
  • The photograph(s) is/are not used to link to any page not a part of the site containing the photograph(s) or a page of DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM^TM
     
    
  • The photograph(s) are not submitted to any contest, publication, or other third party without the prior written permission of DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM^TM
     
    
• If you make any use of the photographs which, in the opinion of John P. Korb, violates the terms of this photo use policy or appears to be an improper use, John P. Korb and/or DIGITALCOSPLAY.COM^TM reserves the right to revoke, on a case-by-case basis, any and/or all privileges granted under this photo usage policy.
